Quality & Documentation
Product-specific specifications and supplier documents for informed B2B purchasing.
Supplier Credential Review
A supplier credential is not a certification of every catalog product. Ask for the actual certificate, issuer, validity and manufacturing-site scope relevant to your intended use. Availability must be confirmed for the selected supplier and product.

Illustrative images only; not evidence of a named supplier facility, certification or batch test.
Pre-order Verification
Define requirements
Confirm identity, grade, intended use, quantity and destination with your technical team.
Review supplier evidence
Request the applicable credentials and check their scope, issuer and validity.
Check batch specifications
Request batch-specific results, test methods and acceptance limits. HPLC and LC-MS are relevant where applicable, not universal methods for every active.
Confirm supply conditions
Agree documentation, actual packaging, storage, shelf life and shipping conditions before accepting a quotation.
Documents to Request
Availability, version and product applicability must be confirmed before purchase. A catalog specification is not a batch-release certificate.
- COA - batch identity, results and test methods
- SDS / MSDS - product safety information
- TDS - specifications, storage and handling
Order-specific Agreement
MOQ, samples, delivery dates, shipping feasibility and any quality remedies are agreed in the written quotation or contract. Report a discrepancy with its batch number and supporting evidence for review; no blanket replacement policy is implied.
